All treats are handmade to order, to ensure best quality and freshness. Please allow up to 14 working days to process your order, and 3-6 working days for delivery, once dispatched.
Due to the nature of our treats, we do not provide refunds or exchanges, unless they have arrived damaged, unfit for purpose or not as described.
In order for us to provide an exchange or refund for the above listed reasons, we will require photographic evidence.
If for any reason, you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your treats go bad before the stated 4 week shelf life timeline, please contact us with a photographic evidence, and we will send you a replacement.
We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping details or misread product/shipping information.
Since our treats are made to order, if you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of making your purchase.
