All treats are handmade to order, to ensure best quality and freshness.
Please allow up to 14 working days to process your order, and 3-6 working days for delivery (5-7 working days for Europe), once dispatched.

Due to the nature of our treats, we do not provide refunds or exchanges, unless they have arrived damaged, unfit for purpose or not as described.
If for any reason, you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via website chat or firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number.
In order for us to provide an exchange or refund for the above listed reasons, we will require photographic evidence.
Order not arrived
If your order did not arrive, please contact us after 10 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email (UK).
If your order did not arrive, please contact us after 20 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email (Europe).
We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping details.
Since our treats are made to order, if you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of making your purchase.
